How to extract the shear forces & moments from a model made with solid elements?

To obtain the design forces from a solid model, the Local Direction Force Sum feature has to be used. Kindly follow the steps provided in the image below to obtain the forces at the required location. In this image, the forces have been obtained at the center of the pier cap.
