Why does the warning message "Rebar data entered in the section assigned to the Tapered section group will be identically applied to the other sections in the Tapered section group" appear?

Now, we apply tapered section group and reinforcement as shown below. Two bars are defined at the bottom for the I-end of the tapered section and three bars for the J-end. The reinforcement data will be directly applied to the I-end of element 1 and the J-end of element 4. What about other sections in the middle?

Three bars will be applied to the J-end for all the middle sections and two bars to the I-end while keeping the same cover as the starting and end sections.

     

This is what the warning message is trying to say.
