What is Creep Primary & Creep Secondary?  How is the Creep Primary moment calculated?

Answer:
Please note that the Creep Primary is not a real force that exists in the structure, but a fictitious force that simulates the creep deformation. The force that exists in the structure is Creep Secondary.

Let's consider a simple case.  If the current static load bending moment in the system is 250kN and if the long-term creep factor is say 1.7, then an equivalent bending moment of 1.7*250 = 425kNm would be acting to simulate the creep displacement.
