In a two span steel composite bridge, how can I account for the cracked section properties over the pier? I am not using the design function, but I need to reduce the section properties in the cracked regions to properly model the deck's stiffness.

You can account for the cracked section properties by reducing the section stiffness. You can do this from Properties >> Section Manager >> Stiffness, or from Load >> Construction Stages >> Composite Section for Construction Stage if you are using construction Stages. You can find information on these functions and how to define the parameters in the Online Manual.
