Why pretress force is more in next stage of construction over previous stage?

Below is output from MIDAS. I am unable to understand the reason why PT force in CS4 is more than CS3, as i was anticipating force reduction over time. Kindly help me understand why results are counterintutive. Respective file has been attached.

Answer:
In CS4, the concrete deck is casted and activated at the same stage. Kindly, activate the composite portion of the deck in next stage (CS5) with the desired age which I guess will be 28 days as the CSLL (Load denoting wet concrete) is deactivated at this stage which is 28 days after CS4. 




Update the composite section for construction stage value for other section.
Results obtained for tendon primary, My for element 5008 are
