Patch Loading in Moving LL Analysis

For concrete deck slab analysis will be of great relevance to be able to run longitudinal or across deck moving LL analysis based on a user predefined wheel patch loading. At the moment Midas Civil is only able to run moving LL analysis using only point loads.
