Remove Limitations for Tension-Only Elements

Currently, tension-only and compression-only elements cannot be used for P-delta analysis, and for moving load, these elements are converted into regular linear elements. Please update these analysis routines to account for these nonlinear elements, and devise a way such that the nonlinear moving load results can be combined with static load cases (linearly or non-linearly).
