Load Rate Substructure

I was trying to do a load rating on a delta frame bridge and the program would only rate the superstructure. For most cases this is all that is needed. However, since the delta is a frame system meaning the superstructure and substructure are joined, the substructure had to be rated because it could control over the superstructure. I did the substructure rating by hand, but it would be nice if the program could handle rating it.
