How to fix problem of generating 3D composite section from SPC?

The actual issue was with the coordinates in SPC file. These coordinates were too large to handle for SPC and the information was being lost when it was imported to civil. It is recommended to always have the geometry near origin in the SPC file. Once this is done, the import is fine and 3D view is also clearly visible.
