I was loading the program in a new laptop, however, I just cannot get the program activated. I was told to run as administer first, when the program opens, I always encounter error msg " midas Design + Main Application has stopped working". What is the problem? Can you help

The "midas Design + Main Application has stopped working" error message often appears when the window font size is not set to 100%.
If you get the same error message after changing the font size, please let us know.
I am not sure if you are working under window 10 or 7 so I have sent you the link yesterday that you can refer to. Please confirm your text settings by referring to FAQ for midas D+. The link is as following.
