MIDAS GEN: ANALYSIS OUTPUT FOR PRINTING

Hello,

If you mean the .OUT file, you can open the file with notepad. It contain the analysis parameters.

Generally the analysis output can be checked in midas Gen with table, contour graphic and dynamic report. And the all the data of table is compatible with excel program by copying and pasting.

Hi,

the out file is just a basic information. is there a way to include the member numbers, forces etc.

What I mean is the output analysis, not just the graphical ones.

Hello,

You can get the table results with element no., force, load case and so on via Results > Results Tables. This data is compatible with excel.
However there is no information of member no. If you distinguished the section for each member, click right mouse and select Active Records, and then you can active the data by section.
