How to interpretate plate results?

For example consider the below case,
The loads listed are being applied on this meshed plate.
Now ,
Say if I am want to isolate a corner element, and get the forces developed at the node, then one will have to refer to Force (local or Global).
So these are basically the internal forces for the element.
These forces cause stresses in the plate referred under Results tables > Plate Stresses (local & global)
From these stresses what is derived is the Force per unit length which is generally used for design.
