User-defined Wind Load

When attempting to input the wind load into the model, it is revealed that the code utilized in my country (MS1553, Malaysia) in not found in the built in list of the codes in MIDAS GEN.
Besides, there is no "user-defined" wind load found. In this case, is it possible to user input the wind load into the model when the code is not found inside MIDAS GEN?
If Yes, can you demonstrate the correct steps to user input the wind load? Thank you.

Hello,
Wind load can be generated by user. (1) Enter the Structural Factor as 0 to ignore the wind load value as per international code. (2) Input the wind load value for each story (3) User defined-wind load will be confirm in the graph.
