Concurrent Reaction Groups - Local Rotation

Question:

I ran a moving load analysis in the attached model to get the concurrent reactions for each support. The supports for this bridge are rotated using the Node Local Axis feature, but Concurrent Reactions results table only gives you the concurrent global reactions. I tried doing a coordinate transformation of the concurrent reactions, but in many cases, the reactions did not equal zero in the directions where the supports are freed (see attached). How can I obtain the node local concurrent moving load reactions?

Hello,

Currently the concurrent reactions work only with global orientation.  This is a limitation and has already been put into the development list.
Personally, I wouldn't recommend taking the components of global concurrent reactions.  I say this because the vehicle position causing max Fx and concurrent Fy may not be the same as the vehicle position causing Max Fx (local).
Right now, the only way to ensure proper concurrent reactions based on local axes would be by use of moving load tracer.  All required vehicle positions would have to be converted into static load using this.  Kindly let us know if further assistance would be required.

On a related note, it would also be helpful if the moving load tracer could be used for the following:
1. node local displacements
2. elastic link forces
