The dialogue box too big and does not fit in the viewing screen. How to click on OK option?

When defining material properties, I'm using aluminum so I'm trying to input user defined material properties.   The material data dialog box is too tall.  when I try to move it up to apply the settings it shifts down out of view at the bottom of my monitor.  I'm stuck.

Actually, for such big dialogue boxes, we generally have an internal minimize button.  Kindly refer the image below.
