How to resolve "Reinforce bar is not exist" Error in SRC Column Design?

I have defined a simple column which defines by SRC material. I checked Material Properties, Load Combination, and others, they are OK. However, when I check the design in SRC Design, it appears " Reinforce bar is not exist" How to resolve this?

Since the spacing is not sufficient to put the re-bar, the design isn't being performed.  

Kindly increase the section size and retry.
