soilworks error in pre/post mode transition

Hello,

Our licensed soilworks user is faced with an error

While in post mode when click  pre-mode button (or vice versa) every time  soilworks give errors. When he clicked  ignore (yoksay)  button in error screen he can continue to use soilworks.
I attached the error screen as well as user computer propery window.

Can you please check it?

Dear,

This is really strange error and to be honest we have never experienced such message before.

I would like to ask you to check and do following steps:

1. Check if Customers PC has got all of Visual Runtime C++  libraries.
You can download them from here:


For your reference my list looks like on the attached photo.

2. Uninstall Soilworks.
3. Go to Registry and delete Midas or SoilWorks catalogues.
4. Restart PC and install Soilworks from the latest available version:


In case of still present issues: Could you send model file?
