Export the report 3D PDF From GTS NX

I don't have an anti-virus program I have windows security only, I close it but still doesn't work 

No am using the trial version, but should before the end this month get the commercial version

Can i have your current model.. again?

If i can open this and it's not urgent. Can you wait it, the commercial version?

In addition, please check with other computers.

It's urgent because I need to submit the result to the research department before 20th this month I have around 20 models.   
 I have checked other computers the same problem also,  maybe cause we work in the same key that proved to us from Midas side.

if it's same message, i guess, your right. Caused by you are using same key in your department.

So, please try it on yourself (alone).

am try it alone but the same problem 

last time I try it once and solve  cause my models wasn't complete, then now I try again the same problem

Can you try to extract your 3D model to other folder? such as desktop or C drive or other?
