Soilworks Interface Problem

Hello,

I can't provide technical support to users because my soilworks problem has not been solved yet. One of our soilworks users sent to me model and he want to exist İnterface on shoring analysis model but program gives error that can not create an interface element. I am sharing model file in attachment. Can you share what the problem is?

1) User assumed it as pile for retaining wall.. i guess, he need to assume this retaining wall as beam. So, Can you ask to user why does user choose pile element for this retaining wall?

2) Anyway, interface for pile element, user can define it from "Pile Skin Friction Stiffness" tab as below,

It means that user doesn't need to use interface element for this pile element.
