I would like to include some springs and dampers to run a dynamic analysis of a train crossing a bridge. Is there any way to do this in MIDAS Civil ?
Answer:
The train-structure interaction with the stiffness and damping of the train is not supported in Midas. The train can be considered only as a moving mass.
