Why does the unit show "?" mark next to it?

Answer:

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.  We have not faced such an issue before.  However, it could be a resolution or font related issue.
Could you please try changing the resolution to 1920x1080 and check?  If that doesn't resolve the issue, kindly post an update here.

my resolution is 1920x1080, my system language is English (US).  I think it's font related, is there any font file that can be replaced?

Hello,

I've updated our development team with the details.  Will post here once I have a solution/comment form them.
Sorry about this inconvenience.

Hey Harsha,

Reported this on JIRA already.  Just follow up with the developers and update the client as you get a response.

Hi Sir,

Please find the Patch file using the following link.

1. Download the file and extract either 32bit or 64bit according to PC requirements.
2. Copy the files and paste them in Local Drive(C)>Program files>Midas>GTS NX (The folder in which software is installed)
(Replace the existing files with these files)

Harsha

Kindly get back to us if the problem still persists.

it's still showing "?" mark,

my laptop resolution is 1355x768(max) I have 2 extension monitor is 1920x1080. I am using DELL Latitude 5480.

I tried re-install but it did't work, even I only use my monitor screen, it's still the same problem.   basically all the subscript and superscript are "?" mark.
