How to solve the error 'The same ID is used in another system. Please log off the system and try again.' ?

Question:

The following message appears when I try to open Midas Civil. How to resolve this?

Answer:

Generally, this message appears when you "close" the program from the X button. As web license is used, the program needs to be disconnected from the server first and then we can close the program.

So we need to follow the below procedure to close the program (when using 'Web-license')

1) Click "Close Project"

2) After which, we can see the message that the program 'Successfully disconnected' from the server.

3) Then Exit the program.

The above procedure needs to be followed each time using midas civil.

Try logging off the computer or restart the computer and check.

If still not opening, then send us your User-ID, we need to reset from the server.
