Vibration Analysis

I am working on the rail train bridge, and wondered if Midas is capable to perform vibration analysis (rider comfort)?

The vibration analysis I need follows the criteria below:

1) Natural frequency of flexural vibration >=2.5 Hz. 

2) Simple eigen value analysis.

If so, is there any example for that application?
