What is the recommended approach for performing vehicle load analysis for a 13-span concrete bridge assessment according to CS 454, when the required (All Model 1) BD21 Appendix D vehicles are not included in the current version of Midas software? How can a user vehicle be defined and moved through the bridge in this case?

Currently, it seems not possible to apply all model 1. Even though you can define the vehicle using user-defined vehicle, there are other factors to be applied together like impact factor, lane factor which I think is not possible to consider. Our plan to implement this is scheduled in May.
