Traffic line lanes

Hi all, 

please consider the model attached. 

We don't undrstand why there is an element where the lane directions is opposite to each other.

The local axis are correct.

Can you check it please?

Now, to remove this problem either you can recreate the lanes again with proper selection of reference line elements or just use excel to modify this data (refer to the attached video for the demo). I have also attached the modified file for your reference.
