Section Properties Tables - Graphics Display Error

Section Properties Tables are compressed makes it hard to read. Is there some setting that can fix this? Its super annoying. The window cant be resized nor can any of the cells.

The above issue occurs when a high-resolution desktop is used, it could be resolved by following the below steps:
The above image is for midas Gen but the process remains same for midas Civil as well.
