Activating Mesh Sets in Deformed Location

Base and Dwall have been modelled to form integrity structure. However, from the deformation result, the concrete slab (i.e. "Base Slab") seemed to be crushed. Could you please advice how to check if 2 elements have forming integrity? Thank you.

The reason for the deformation result was that the base slab was getting activated in the original position and not at the deformed location. Thus to consider the activation of mesh sets as deformed location kindly check on the below option:
