How I can separate ALL model 2 from SV vehicles in the moving load case to be able to calculate the reserve factors? 

However, I found a workaround as follows;

Define ALL model 2 with all lane factors equal to zero.

Define a moving load case using the combined SV 80 and ALL model 2 (all lane factors = 0). This load case will give you the effects of SV vehicle only. The effects of ALL model 2 only can be obtained by subtracting 'SV 80 Normal only' from 'SV 80 Normal'. Please refer to the attached file.
