How can I fix node is abnormal problem?

WARNING : DISPLACEMENT DX AT NODE NO.     13 IS ABNORMAL.

WARNING : DISPLACEMENT DY AT NODE NO.     13 IS ABNORMAL.

WARNING : DISPLACEMENT DZ AT NODE NO.     13 IS ABNORMAL.

WARNING : DISPLACEMENT RX AT NODE NO.     13 IS ABNORMAL.

WARNING : DISPLACEMENT RY AT NODE NO.     13 IS ABNORMAL.

WARNING : DISPLACEMENT RZ AT NODE NO.     13 IS ABNORMAL.

All this appear when I run the analysis button.  I already merge all node.
This happen when I relocate of node and element of beam

Please advice.

In CS2 (Stage 2) , diaphragm structure group were activated and it was not supported by anything. 

Hence, it is showing error as diaphragm is free to move.

Further, girder is not activated in this stage while girder group was activated. This means girder group was assigned properly.

So, add the the girder elements in Girder Group by selecting the girder elements> right click on girder group> assign plus as shown below.
