The major causes of this error message "You have reached maximum number of licenses. Please contact your license administrator right now." are as follows.
  • The number of seats assigned to your license is fully occupied. In order to check who is using the license, please see below.
  1. For web license, please refer to the Checking real time license usage.
  2. For hardware license, please inquire to your IT/Program manger for the log record. The hardware license usage cannot be tracked via MIDAS. If you would like to upgrade your license type to Web License, please submit your question at: HelpDesk.
  3. If you would like to add an additional seat of license, please inquire directly at: HelpDesk.
  • You have used a trial license in the past.
  1. Most likely, you have not selected correct PID of your purchased license.
