Error Message "The License is Expired"

There are two major causes for this error message.

• The program license information is not configured correctly.

Please go to the Installation Guide page to see how to correctly configure the license. For the web license type, please make sure that you follow all the instructions in "Authenticate midas Civil Web License Type" section and select correct PID (Protection ID).
