Question:
I am having issues after running the file attached. There are many joints that appear to not be connected that are causing the error/warning. I have used merge joints but still cannot get the joints to be merged. Any help much appreciated.

Answer:
Here are the steps to merge nodes.

1. Set the distance to merge tolerance(o.oo3 → o.oo5) and Click Apply button.
Because When I checked the joints, the spacing was longer than 0.003.
If the distance between nodes is greater than 0.003, the merging operation will not be performed.

2. Check the message Window

3. Delete the element no.3880 to merge node 2417.
Since the length of this element(3880) is less than 0.005, the member must be removed to merge the nodes of this element.
Repeat this work until you do not see this message and then all merge work will be operated.
